Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, and project information and for informing Little Elf Lighting of known conditions that could affect installation or safety.
Customers must provide reasonable access to the property when necessary for scheduled installation, service, maintenance, or removal.
Payments
Payment requirements, deposits, remaining balances, due dates, and applicable payment schedules will be stated in the customer's quote, invoice, or service agreement.
If a project-specific quote or agreement contains terms that differ from these general website Terms, the project-specific agreement will govern that service to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to make required payments may result in postponement, suspension, or cancellation of services where permitted by applicable law and the customer's agreement.
Changes to a Project
Changes requested after a quote has been accepted may result in additional charges.
Significant additions or modifications to the original scope of work may require approval of revised pricing before the additional work is performed.
Holiday Lighting Equipment
Unless otherwise stated in writing, lighting and decorative equipment supplied by Little Elf Lighting is provided as part of the customer's seasonal lighting service.
Ownership, reuse, replacement, storage, and other equipment terms may be further specified in the customer's quote or service agreement.
Maintenance & Service
Where seasonal maintenance is included, Little Elf Lighting will make reasonable efforts to address lighting or equipment issues covered by the customer's service package.
Damage or failures caused by severe weather, animals, landscaping work, construction, customer modification, third parties, electrical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may not be covered and may result in additional charges.
Property & Installation Conditions
Holiday lighting installation involves working around roofing, gutters, landscaping, electrical connections, exterior surfaces, and other property features.
Little Elf Lighting will use reasonable care while performing services. Customers should notify us before installation of fragile, damaged, hidden, unusual, or unsafe property conditions that may affect the work.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, photographs, examples, descriptions, estimated pricing, and other website content are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding quote.
Actual designs, materials, pricing, and completed results may vary depending on the property and selected service.
Communications & Text Messages
By providing your contact information, you authorize Little Elf Lighting to contact you regarding inquiries, quotes, appointments, projects, payments, and customer service.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
