Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

The 2026 Christmas Lighting Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Little Elf Lighting ("Sponsor"), serving Southeast Texas. The Sponsor's full legal business name and mailing address will be identified in the finalized rules before launch.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 17, 2026, and ends November 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries received outside this period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Jefferson, Orange, or Hardin County, Texas, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

The installation property must be located within one of these counties. The winner must own the property or have authorization from its owner for installation.

Sponsor personnel and their immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit littleelflighting.com/christmas-giveaway and complete the free entry form.

Entrants must provide accurate contact information and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period.

Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. Requesting an estimate, subscribing to marketing communications, or purchasing services is not required and provides no advantage in the drawing.

5. Prize Description

One winner will receive a professional Christmas lighting service package from Little Elf Lighting, with a maximum retail value of $1,500.

The package includes professional installation, seasonal use of Sponsor-supplied Christmas lights, post-season removal, and storage. Services are provided for the 2026 Christmas season only.

Little Elf Lighting retains ownership of all lighting materials and equipment. The winner does not receive permanent ownership of the lights.

6. Optional Upgrades

The winner may voluntarily request additional lighting services exceeding the $1,500 prize value. Any additional charges must be separately quoted and approved by the winner before work begins.

No upgrade or payment is required to receive the standard prize. Any unused portion of the $1,500 prize value expires and cannot be exchanged for cash, future credit, or other services.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the close of the Giveaway on November 1, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No purchase or booking changes those odds.

8. Winner Notification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the phone number and email address provided during entry.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Installation Conditions

Installation is subject to reasonable scheduling, safe property access, suitable installation surfaces, and weather conditions.

Sponsor will coordinate the installation with the verified winner. The winner must provide any necessary property access and authorization.

No payment is required to receive the standard prize. Any optional additional services require separate agreement.

10. Prize Restrictions

The prize is nontransferable and has no cash alternative. No unused value may be carried into a future season. Applicable taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

11. Privacy and Marketing

Entry information will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the winner.

Promotional emails are optional and require separate consent. Declining marketing communications will not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

12. Fair Administration

Sponsor may investigate suspected fraud, duplicate entries, or interference with the Giveaway. Any disqualification must be consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to administer the Giveaway fairly and award the advertised prize.
